Tara NHW understand that Tara residents have hearts open to helping – this is one of the reasons why living in Tara is such an amazing experience!  Tara NHW share the feeling of obligation to help those less fortunate then us BUT we encourage responsible giving through registered organisations like MES Durbanville.

These organisation do not only hand out food but also assist vagrants / homeless and those less fortunate to reintegrate into society.

If you feel a need to support vagrants with food please consider buying a MES meal booklet (R50 for a booklet of 10) – give a meal voucher – give a human food in a HUMANE way (not out of your dustbin / in a plastic bag ON your dustbin).
